December 1, 2025 – Last Day to Save up to $16 on Day Ticket Coupons: Save up to $15 on every day ticket by purchasing day ticket coupons before December 1–Adult, Student/Senior or Child. Available at ski shops or online at the Snowbowl Online Store
December 12, 2025 – Opening Day of the 2025-2026 Ski Season.–Weather permitting Open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday- check the snow report for updates.
December 25, 2024 – Closed for Christmas. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
January 9, 2026 For Women Only Begins– FWO was designed by women skiers for women riders! Friday afternoons for six-weeks. Take the afternoon off, ski with your friends or make some new ones and become a better skier.
January 10 & 11, 2026 Kids’ Six-Week Program Begin- Six consecutive weeks of lessons with your choice of half-day or full-day lessons. All participants receive a full-day lift ticket. Learn more at:

January 22nd to February 21st , 2026 Telemark Evening Dual Slalom Race Series. Seven races on Thursday evenings starting at 7pm until ~10 pm, with final race and party on last night. This is the 37th year and the longest running telemark race series in the nation. Teams and individual racers, experienced or new-to-telemark skiing are welcome. February 21 & 22, 2026: CANCELED Snowbowl Cup Gelande Championship- Registration begins at 8:30 AM on Friday February 21st in the main lodge. All non-skier spectators on Sunday February 23rd will have a $5 admission fee per person. We highly recommend car pooling, any vehicle with less than 3 people, will be charged $3, with part of the proceeds going to Missoula Avalanche. We recommend brining a lawn chair for the afternoon. Sorry, no personal alcoholic beverages or dogs are allowed.
February 28, 2026: Girls on Shred. Event for the girls. Come up and ride with other girls for the day—organized by Board of Missoula girls department, free to participate (you need a day ticket or season pass) and prizes at the of the day.
March 1, 2026: Thirty-fourth Annual Snowboard Jam and Demo Days .
March 3, 2026: Open 6 days a week. Snowbowl is closed on Tuesdays in March.
March 8, 2026: Best of the Bowl! Popular end-of-the-year race to find out who the best skiers, with Alpine, Telemark and Snowboard divisions judged on speed and style down the Grizzly Chute. Sponsored by Pepsi and Summit Beverage.
March 9, 2026: Three for Two Promotion-Get a Free Day Ticket for This Ski Season! You come up, buy a ticket and ski any two days from March 9th to the end of the season and your third day is free. Conditions apply-you must keep both lift tickets attached to your jacket individually and present them attached to your jacket at the ticket window on your free day. Tickets that are unattached or mutilated in any way will not be accepted. complimentary tickets do not count.
March 15, 2026: Vertical Challenge Compete in teams of two for an all-mountain challenge to see who can ski the most vertical bell to bell. Any team that skis/boards 10,000 vertical feet will be entered into a raffle to win a pair of Atomic skis courtesy of Big Sky Brewery. Other prizes for various categories. Registration is free. Register with your teammate at the day lodge beginning at 9:30AM. A camera is required. Sponsored by Big Sky Brewery.
March 16, 2026: Spring Pass Sale – get the best deal on a season pass for the 2025-26 winter season. Go to our Online Store for details. Spring Pass sale ends on May 1st!
March 29, 2026: North Dakota Downhill. Slide and glide contest on the North Dakota Downhill trail. Registration is free; there are lots of prizes and fun for all ages and abilities. Sponsored by Pepsi and Summit Beverage.
March 30-31st, 2026 : Closed Monday & Tuesday’s for remainder of season.
April 5, 2025 : Official projected last day?- or will there be more?? We’re not in the business of wasting snow- if there’s more riding to be done, we will push back closing day.
June 26, 2026: Start of the Summer Season . Opening day for summer season. Snowbowl will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through the summer for chairlift rides, mountain biking, hiking, pizza with the Zip Line Tour running Friday through Sunday.
