Terms and conditions of use

Season Pass Terms

To make your pass, we need a signed pass agreement and recent photo. All pass agreements will be electronic this season and can be completed online-after purchasing your pass online, we will send you an email (maybe a few days) with a link and a link is posted on our web site.  The pass agreement can also be done when you pick up your pass

For your photo, if we have one from last season, we can use it, otherwise please send your photo as a jpg attachment, with your name in the file name, like "JohnDoe.jpg" to "pass@montanasnowbowl.com". We may not be able to use a photo that is not a jpg attachment and please make sure the photo(s) are labelled!  We will also have limited in person photo options, later this fall, listed on our web site.

Passes are not transferable and payments for passes are not refundable due to snow conditions, the Pass Holder’s physical condition, injury, change of residence, or for any other reason. Fraudulent use will result in loss of pass without refund and possible prosecution.

Season pass must be shown to the ticket checker to board the lift.  There will be a $5.00 charge to issue a day ticket for a "forgotten" or "lost" pass after the 2nd time.  Please make sure you have your pass with you!

Passes will be available for pick up (if all above is completed) your first day at Snowbowl as well as pre-season at Snowbowl (limited days-to be announced).
