We can often accommodate riders even after online reservations for a particular tour have closed. If you’re unable to book online or if your group size exceeds the maximum allowance for a specific tour, please reach out to us by calling 406-549-9777 ext 7 or emailing zip@montanasnowbowl.com, and will help you make the best of your trip!
Please continue reading for our refund/cancellation policy: A full refund will be made to your credit card if your reservation is cancelled at least 5 days before your reservation date. If cancellation is made between 5 days and 24 hours before reserved time you will receive a credit good for use at Snowbowl this summer season (ending 9/8/2024). No refunds or credits will be issued if cancelled within 24 hours of reservation or if you fail to show for a reservation without advance notice. ALL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS ARE DONE BY CALLING (406)-549-9777 EXT. 7
If you phone us outside of operation hours (Friday-Sunday 10am-6pm starting June 28th) we will return voice mails Thursday afternoons. You can also reach us via email at zip@montanasnowbowl.com
